The Customs Union is an economic partnership between several countries (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan) where common trade regulations are established.

The Customs Union between Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia came into existence on January 1, 2010. Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia are to go on with economic integration and are set to remove all customs borders between each other after July 2011.

EAC (TR CU) certificate/declaration is a mandatory document for import and approval of products in the Eurasian Customs Union.

EAC certificate/EAC declaration confirms to the end-customer that the products purchased meet the safety standards applicable in the country. Without EAC certification the goods cannot clear customs, or the importer is unable to enter them into service and use them for safety reasons.

We issue the required certificates for Russia and the Customs Union, voluntary GOST R certification, as well as perform tests in accredited laboratories.
